Do not worry: the existence takes care of you. Worries never helped anyone. They only feed your fears. Because they come from the same family: Worries are fears. And we waste our energy on them. You are a part of this entire existence and there is no reason, to have fear or to detach yourself. Trust that you belong to life. You are an essential part of it. A very loveable part.
